A 16 factor theory self-assessment traits I score high in are reasoning, sensitivity, abstractness, privateness, apprehension, openness to change, self-reliance, perfectionism. Low score traits are warmth, emotional stability, rule-consciousness, social boldness. Traits that fall somewhere on the continuum are dominance, liveliness, vigilance, tension.

According to Cattell and other theorists my personality is introverted, thoughtful, anxious, creative, and independent. Beneficial can be embracing the personality traits opposed to warding them off through insecurity. 16 factor theory and others convey individual uniqueness and subjectivity to mental comprehension implying no person alike. Thus have confidence in oneself and in building self-efficacy increase self-esteem.

Introverted tendencies and sensitivity to others a career established on independent thinking seems plausible. As someone non-conforming 16 factor theory says low rule-consciousness and thus low super ego strength. Tendencies such as isolation may occur as compensations to anxiety because of low thought control. A sensitive person over-stimulation from environment may only worsen self-esteem. Happiness will entail enjoyment and comfortability but as happiness ebbs and flows so too does sadness and other emotions. Learning to control thought will prove rewarding.
