My Learning Experience

The most important information I took away from Module 1 was how I can learn to communicate better.  Being an effective team member means learning about yourself and how other's perceive you.  This is the type of work that never stops because there are always improvements to be made in terms of managing self, listening, respect, regard and understanding.  I can learn policy and process along the way so long as I am able to keep the valued relationships I have with my co-workers healthy and thriving.
