As a physical therapist, you have to consider all aspects of the patient-client management model. At GWU, we used patient cases throughout our classes in order to gain experience with all aspects of the model prior to leaving for clinic. The attached artifacts below are patient cases from our Musculoskeletal Management courses where I planned out the patient's physical therapy experience from initial evaluation to plan of care. This required extensive effort by including justification and rationale for all components included. 

         The picture to the left is from a course during which we worked with a patient case throughout the semester. The experience learned during this course were incredibly valuable once in clinic.
