The people I met in physical therapy school have inspired me and pushed me to be the best version of myself. I am so proud to call them my friends and appreciate how much they have already done for my personal and professional growth. I look forward to attending conferences, continuing education, and service opportunites to continue my lifelong learning with these amazing people.
I wrote my five year plan for my physical therapy career during the Capstone seminar in the final didactic semester at The George Washington University. While writing this, I could not help but wonder how much of this will actually come true versus what random doors will open with unforseen opportunities. I think that it will be interesting to look back on this plan in a few years to compare this idea continuing competencies plan with real life.
