Effective teams require all members to be fully committed to, and engaged in, achieving a goal.  Leaders inspire and empower themselves and others to perform their best. Leaders can emerge in a variety of contexts; true leaders know when to take the lead and when to let others lead. Effective leaders manage conflict and communicate openly to solve problems. As students in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program you will have many opportunities to shape your leadership and teamwork skills.
