One of my most challenging and ultimately most rewarding group experiences involved creating the research poster in this section.  Our group was dysfunctional and had a difficult time creating a finished product.  In order to improve the situation, my group had to sit down and have a serious discussion regarding personal responsibility, group expectations, and accountability.  In the end, we were able to work together.  In fact, our research poster has been accepted at the APTA’s Combined Sections Meeting this coming February.
