During my acute care rotation I had difficulty organizing my thoughts to lead an effective evaluation or intervention.   Recognizing that I’m a visual learner, I created a visual guide to improve my clinical practice.  The tool was invaluable to me, and I was able to make a thorough turn-around in my care to patients.
