My journey over the past 20 years from college to medical school to clinician to manager and finally to now a future healthcare leader has surely been a long one with its challenges and achievements.  Growing up in Dallas, TX, I had gotten accustomed to thinking big and aiming high.  You know the saying, everything is big in Texas, that and football, Go Cowboys!!
